Dubey was the Librarian of the Library in the college. He was permananent staff. He is shown when he wrote Chatur's teachers day speech for him. As Rancho had a plan to change it, he told Farhan to pretend he's a police and to call Chatur to pretend hes trying to tell him his road safety. Rancho pretended the Director was remembering the Librarian and then Rancho changed his speech. When he saw the director, he told him he was permanent staff which made him congratulate the librarian.
